Hi there,
My name is Michael Ewart. I am a writer of many things. Novels, screen plays, children's books, short stories, music, and songs. I reside in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California. My home is situated where I have a beautiful view of a lake and surrouding area. This continues to be very inspirational. The community here is small and that is the way I like it.
In my younger days I had a wife and a family. All have been lost to me since 2003. I try not to think about it. The memories are too painful. I am almost always happy nowadays. I watch very little television though I do watch some sports. I am fan of The Oakland A's and The Oakland Raiders as I was born and got older in the San Fancisco bay area. I didn't grow up until recently. Maybe not even then.
My day starts around eight o'clock with checking the stock market, reading online news, I don't watch television news as I find it leaves me either angry, or depressed and often times both! After a hearty breakfast I take care of the business of life. Then some light reading and a power nap. I try to stay away from online gaming as it becomes addictive and nothing tangible comes from it. Incidentally when I gave up smoking cigarettes in 2010 I also gave up caffeine. My anxiety problems simply disappeared. In the late afternoons I enjoy sipping wine and perusing my writing or editing my current video project. Keeping appointments with actors and dancers breaks up the week nicely and is always inspirational. I don't travel much as I find happiness wherever I am. Did I mention Karaoke at the local tavern? They say one day, with enough practice, I won't frighten so many people away!
